We have bus packages include round trip bus fare and lift pass.
Our bus connects between Sapporo city and 4 ski areas.
(Niseko Grand-Hirafu,Niseko Village,Kiroro,and Sapporo KOKUSAI.)
It's convenient and easy way for people who are staying in Sapporo city.

One-day Bus Package Tour is round trip on the same day. YOU CAN NOT CHOOSE ANOTHER DAY FOR YOUR RETURN WAY.
If you would like to make your return way on another day, we ask you to make another bus booking for your return way.
(It means that costs you One-day Bus Package Tour fare + One way bus fare.)

Cancellation Policy

a day before tour---40%
day of departure --- 50%
after the bus leaves --- 100%
*If you must cancel or reschedule the reservation,please let us know as soon as you can.

Notice

Reservations should be made by one week prior to the departure date.
Our bus service will not be operated when the bus has no reservation.

There are some bus stops which have no staff and no announcement for bus arrivals.

Please make sure your departure time and pick up point.

Please assemble at our bus stop by yourself. Our bus leaves on time. If you do not show up, no refunds will be made.

You can amend the scheduled time on your reservation if it is on the same date and the same route when we have vacant seats.
If you amend the bus route or date, an extra charge will be required.

Please assemble at the bus stop by 10 minutes before to the departure time.

In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged by our cancellation policy.

According as numbers of passengers, your vehicle will be changed to another type of vehicle such as passengers van or taxi.

Our ticketing system requires you to make a reservation at least 7 days in advance. Please ensure your pick up/drop off point, otherwise the bus will not stop at the point you required.

According as the weather or traffic conditions, the arrival time should be behind the scheduled time.

In case of that an expressway is closed according as traffic accident or weather conditions, we will redirect you to JR train to continue your journey. In that case, no refund will be made.

Our bus schedules may be modified according as flight schedules, conditions of ski resort and other reasons.

No refund will be made for ski lift pass when it is used or not used.

Hotels in Sapporo city a meeting place

We will send a fax to your hotel to confirm your pick up point and departure time on the day before of your tour.
Please wait at the hotel lobby or the bus stop until the tour guide picks you up. If you can’t confirm those information by fax, please contact our office.
The bus only stops at limited hotels. Please find out the nearest hotel to your accommodation.
