Shuttle bus service “WHITE LINER” is connecting ski areas, airports and Sapporo with a wide variety
of bus routes and you can arrange your trip as you like depending on your destination and itinerary.
We also offer reasonable bus packages including round trip bus fare and all day ski lift pass, which gives you a great
deal and highly recommended!
Notice
Our bus service will not be operated when the bus has no reservation.
Booking request within 3 days for Whiteliner & bus package plan by email is NOT acceptable. We accept the booking request within 3 days ONLY BY PHONE CALL.
Please assemble at the bus stop by 10 minutes before to the departure time.

We can not accept your reservation if your bus connection is less than 1 hour of the arrival/departure time if it is a domestic flight.

There are some bus stops which have no staff and no announcement for bus arrivals.
Please make sure your departure time and pick up point.
Please assemble at our bus stop by yourself. Our bus leaves on time. If you do not show up, no refunds will be made.
You can amend the scheduled time on your reservation if it is on the same date and the same route when we have vacant seats.
If you amend the bus route or date, an extra charge will be required.
Our bus schedule may be changed according as modification of flight schedules.
In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged by our cancellation policy.
According as numbers of passengers, your vehicle will be changed to another type of vehicle such as passengers van or taxi.
Please ensure your pick up/drop off point, otherwise the bus will not stop at the point you required.
According as the weather or traffic conditions, the arrival time should be behind the scheduled time.
In case of that an expressway is closed according as traffic accident or weather conditions, we will redirect you to JR train to continue your journey. In that case, no refund will be made.

Cancellation within 3 days - 1day before of scheduled departure - 50%
Cancellation on the day of scheduled departure -100%
After the bus departure - 100%

Our bus schedules may be modified according as flight schedules, conditions of ski resort and other reasons.
When you make an application, please make sure to give us those information as following; name, departure date, number of applicant, flight number, contact number and accommodation which you will stay.
If you apply for our buses, please fill in reservation form and submit it. We will reply to you by E-mail to confirm your application.
