• Making Reservation

  Advanced reservations only. Please make your reservation by internet or telephone. We will be very sorry but when the bus seats are full, we cannot accept your reservation.

  The minimum numbers for bus operations is 6. In case the bus operations are suspended, we will inform it to you 5 days prior to departure.

  When getting on or off at the airport,please note that at least [ 1 hour ] is necessary for flight connections.

• About "Round-Trip Discount"

  Round Trip reservation must be same number of persons.

  • Possible (It's Round Trip reservation)
    24/12/2010 (bus1201)New Chitose Airport to Niseko Hirafu
    and 31/12/2010 (bus1214)form Hilton Niseko to New Chitose Airpoort.
    
  • Impossible (It's One-Way reservation.)
    4/12/2010 (bus1201)New Chitose Airport to Niseko Hirafu<>br /and 31/12/2010 (bus1310)form Kiroro hotel Piano to New Chitose Airpoort.

• Payment: Credit card only!

  Payment of total amount should be completed by credit card in advice.

  We accept ONLY VISA / MASTER CARD /JCB / Amex.
  

• Prior to boarding the Bus

  Please　assemble at the lobby or the appointed place of the hotel by 10 minutes before to the departure time. (15 minutes before at New Chitose Airport, sign up will start 20 minutes before there)

  Buses must leave on time,even if reserved passengers are not aboard. Please note that we assume no responsibility for passenger delays and bus fares cannot be refunded.

  Certain bus stops are not stationed by staff. Please note that no announcements or paging concerning departures or arrivals will be made at these locations.

  Microbuses,taxi vans or ordinary taxis may be utilized depending on the situation.

• Changes,Cancellation and fares

  Passengers can changing bus within the same schedule if it is possible. An extra fare will be required for changing schedule (route), date and the number of the customers.

  • 1 - 3 days prior to departure : 50% of fare
  • Day of departure : 100% of fare

• In case bad weather or accidents

  Please bear in mind that bus schedules are subject to change depending on snowfall and weather conditions,changes in routes of fares and arrangements with hotels where buses stop,flight schedules and respective ski areas.

  In case you miss the bus because of some unavoidable reasons like the an avoidable airplane delay, we will be able to make up the next bus in the same route if it is possible.

  In the event to expressway closings due to bad weather or accidents and and uncertainty in its reopening,passengers may be asked to use JR trains or other means of transportation. Please note that bus fares will not be refunded in such cases and JR train fares and other transportation charges are the responsibility of individual passengers.
