Steps from International Arrivals to the Bus Check-in Counter (Domestic Terminal)

Based on Transport Law, name, age and gender are required information.

Booking early is recommended! Bus is suspended 7 days prior if minimum of 6 passengers not met.
You will be notified 7 days prior by telephone or email if your bus is suspended.

All seats by reservation only. Book in advance by internet or telephone. Discount for web booking only. Email/phone bookings are regular price.

A minimum of 6 passengers is required for the bus to operate.
We will confirm the operation 7 days before departure. If the minimum is not met, we will contact you by phone or email.

Payment required within 2 days after booking completion. If payment not confirmed by due date, your booking will be canceled.
Immediate payment is required if booking is made less than 2 days before departure.

If seats available on next bus/day, ¥500 change fee/person will apply. If seats are unavailable, regular CXL fees will apply. (Notified before bus departure 50%, no-show or notice after departure 100%)

Each passenger may bring one piece of luggage (excluding ski or snowboard equipment). Passengers carrying more than one piece of luggage or oversized luggage may not be allowed to board.
If you have multiple or oversized/bulky items, please consider sending them in advance via courier service.

Day of Departure

  • At Hirafu Welcome Center, check in 10 minutes before departure time.
  • At New Chitose Airport, check in 20 minutes before departure time.
  • Bus departs on time. No refunds if you are late.

  • Depending upon the number of passengers, vehicle may be van, minibus or mid-size bus.
  • Routes may be changed without notice depending upon weather, road, airline or ski management conditions.
  • You may be asked to use JR (Japan Railways) or other transportation systems if freeway is closed and not expected to open due to natural calamities or traffic conditions. In this case travel fee will not be refunded and we will not be responsible for your substitute transportation cost.

For customers arriving on international flights, please ensure you allow at least 120 minutes for your connection time when booking the bus. We recommend taking the following steps into account and booking with ample time:
