We are unable to deliver alternate sizes. Confirm shoe size before ordering.
Boots are usually prepared slightly larger than size of shoes. Bring thick socks or layered clothing.
Sapporo Hotel Delivery
Try on your equipment as soon as you receive it. If change is required, contact us during office hours. Please note we cannot change sizes on the morning of your rental start date.
Self Pick-Up
If other sizes are available during office hours, you can change. Try on the sizes immediately after receiving the equipment. Try using thick socks or layered clothing to help the fitting.
